Gasoline Alley Harley-Davidson® (GAH-D®) first made its mark in Alberta as G&H Harley Davidson® in 1990, opening its doors in a small shop in downtown Red Deer. In a short 9 year period, owner Grant Price moved to a larger building in the up and coming Gasoline Alley. The dealership now stands at a whopping 41,500 sq ft. and under the leadership of Matthew Price, Grants eldest son, claimed the Dealer of the Year for all of Canada in 2014. I stopped in last week to have my wife demo a trike unannounced the staff was exceptional but the best part was I had my little brother with Down syndrome with us while we demoed a few bikes the staff took my brother under there arms and made him feel like part of the family spoiled him with there attention and love I left there shop with a lump in my throat and a deep appreciation for this wonderful group thank you from my family to yours you have made a lasting impression with my family

I have a 2019 Triglide. On the start of a 2500 km road trip about 50 km from home and about 50 km from Gasoline Alley HD the left exhaust pipe disconnected from the piping. I was unable to connect firmly the pipe to to the exhaust. I was able to wire it up so nothing dragged on the road . Limped to Gas alley HD. Grant Price and his crew immediately rolled my bike into the shop, fixed it and I was out of there in a half hour and on the road again. Outstanding service!! Best HD Dealership ever. These guys are the best!!!!

I recently purchased a new 2022 motorcycle at GAHD (Red Deer). The process of purchasing the bike, from discussions with the Sales person through to the transaction of the actual purchase was done in a very professional manner. Their knowledge and patience in dealing with my questions/ comments is evidently something they consider crucial in building good relationships with the client. As a result, my needs/ concerns were effectively dealt with. Parts I wanted added to the purchase were compiled by the Parts dep't and clearly listed in the P.O. Lastly, after I had taken possession of the bike, an unexpected and significant issue was dealt with effectively and quickly by the Service group. This was definitely a team effort and hopefully I haven't missed a team member who contributed in this. Kudos to the entire team!!! 1 year ago today, June 24, 2022, we purchased our 2012 Harley Davidson Tri Glide with the help of sales person, Jeremy Tapp and Financing, Ken Wiens. Over the past year we have made some purchases with Jillian Green for parts and bling for our motorcycle. She is definitely knowledgeable and very helpful. Sadly to report on June 10, 2022 my wife and I were in a terrible accident involving the tri glide. We longer are not able to ride as it is a complete ride off. We are so sad. Would love to say to everyone at Gasoline Harley Davidson thank you for everything. As soon as we are able, we will drop in. Please stay safe on the roads. Gave a great summer. My wife and I stopped by Gasoline Alley HD to see a Heritage Classic. This was the third Harley dealer I saw within the last week and the focus on customer-oriented service at Gasoline Alley was so very appreciated and refreshing. Jeremy our salesman, and Ken in Finance, made us feel welcome and they took the time to answer our many questions. It was so pleasant an experience that Gasoline Alley has now become our go-to Harley dealer. We ended up buying a 2022 Heritage Classic. The delivery and pickup service was the clincher for us as we live some distance from Red Deer.
